I'm totally in shock about Amy's husband. Such a horrible, horrible thing to have to go through, and I can't even begin to imagine. How do you recover from something like that? I feel so helpless, but I've been preoccupied by it all day and wishing there was something I could do. There is just nothing to say.

whoa! i don't know who she is but no matter the circumstances my heart is heavy for her :(

She was a good friend who took me in when I wanted to move to Boston. I owe her a lot. We haven't really talked in a while, but she's on facebook and updates her lj once in a while. I'm just so sad, it's so tragic and unfair.
