valancystirlingSo I'm back from the interview that never should have been. I got there and they told me they had no appointment for me, followed by a blank yet accusing look which suggested I was lying and had obviously dragged myself out of bed and gotten myself all pretty just for the sheer joy of doing it. WHATEVER. I insisted politely that since I was there someone might as well see me, and it turned out to be completely pointless. There are no jobs in the area, as I've known for some time, and I left more disgusted than even I expected.
That post I wrote this morning, about trying to hate people less? Well, I had a plan today to try to FEEL THE LOVE for my fellow humans, just to give it a shot and hope it wouldn't hurt too much. Well, I aimed for love and must have missed, as I seem to have landed on pity instead (to which love is akin!) and have spent the morning near tears of despair for all these poor defenseless saps who have no clue and who are just bumbling along through life as best they can. OH THE HUMANITY!
I think tomorrow I'll shoot for ignoring all people entirely. This is far too emotionally taxing, all this acknowledging their existence. Ugh. That's God's job.
Is it really so hard to find a fucking day planner? All the new 2005 calendars and planners are out in pretty much every store you can imagine, so i thought it might be worthwhile to BUY one. Seeing as how I organise my entire life via post-its, an actual organiser might be handy. But alas, after thoroughly searching two stores, I gave up, feeling flatly that the perfect organiser will elude me until my dying day, or until i find one somewhere.
I got some new videos at the library. I foresee myself WATCHING THEM today. I'm really good at this predicting stuff.
