(no subject)
Sep. 7th, 2004 03:31 pmShockingly, The Next Best Thing, starring Madonna and Rupert Everett, is a really idiotic movie. I think The Object of My Affection is a much better take on the subject. Still, WHATEVER.
Next up on the movie queue is My First Mister, and then Rebecca. Because I haven't seen nearly enough Hitchcock goodness lately.
I'm randomly knitting on a Filler Projet, which involves turning some absurd frilly yarn I got on sale into a pointless scarf. I needed something mindless to do with my hands during the movie, although now I think strangling myself would have been more satisfying. Stupid movie. My mind is full, my thoughts are in complete disarray, and I can't decide what to think about first. I hate when that happens.
In other news, I have acquired and applied some interesting lotion with gold sparkles. Because that's the thing this season, right? Or something.
Also, in order to prevent a recurrence of today's temp agency-related incompetance, I have just confirmed tomorrow's interview. Nancy, at 9:30, at Stafkings, wherever the hell that is.
