I just got back from noticing that I'd seen the second Arkansas license plate in a week. Then I wondered if there was any use for people from Arkansas. Mark Chestnut's song- Little Rock, is good.

Apparently there is a use for them. The caption for this picture included the words "hubcap burger" and that's about all I have to say on this subject.
