Writing that last post was truly cathartic. I can't even begin to imagine why. I feel so much better for having written it. And though I'm slightly appalled by Jake's comment, I like what he said about how Topie "woke up".

We had a little mishap of the very painful/scary kind earlier. I think I'm going to be okay, but for now I feel like I've been hit by a bus. I hope I recover quickly. More details tomorrow if I feel like it.
