Philip: pees on floor

Topie, later: Daddy! Philip peed in the potty a tiny bit when you weren't looking, I SAW him.

Me: Jake, is there any pee in the potty?

Jake: No.

--insert chastising Topie for lying, etc etc.---

Me: Philip, time is running out tonight!

Topie, chasing Philip: Baby, baby, drink some water!

I think this is the best way to potty train--enlist the older child and get them to do it.
