I like the idea of paying more attention to what kids are fed at school, but their standards are screwy. First off, what's the problem with saturated fat? The human body requires it to function. Maybe not a Big Mac's worth, but some. And they don't appear to be concerned with artificial ingredients, which are such a concern to me.
I suppose even just the fact that people are thinking about health and food and kids and school is a step in the right direction, but there's a lot more to be considered.
