There's something so wonderful about having the windows open and feeling the fresh air pouring in. Even though it's still a bit cold, it just feels good.

I've watched Pride and Prejudice about ten times in the past month. Jake has finally confessed, I love that movie! I feel triumph that I know I do not deserve to feel. So when I feel the need to relax for approximately 300 minutes, that's what I watch.

I'm feeling the urge to do some glass mosaic projects. Now that there's real live sunlight. The round mosaic I did in that class last year is on the windowsill and is so amazingly beautiful with the light shining through it...I just want to surround myself with that sort of luminescence. Maybe when I have some money on Friday...

I've been planning our vacations for probably the next five years. First, TX this summer. Then our first FAMILY vacation, to England next summer. Watching too much P&P I guess. Hopefully also see Grainne. Then that winter to New Mexico for some hot springs, yarn, Earth Ship classes, and Kate and Isaac. Then the next spring to Texas for bluebonnets. I haven't given up on the trip to Spain, so maybe in a year after that. And of course many side trips in between all this, to Toronto, Montreal, and Boston. Fun fun.

I had this box of 1" x1" glass squares I cut out and ground all nice for a project - if I find it I will send it your way, it's all real unusal glass from my mom's stained glass supplies and I don't know how to make mosaics so you should have it and make pretty things.

I love glass. I am enraptured by the way the sun shines through it :)

The fresh air is currently freezing my fingers off, but I can't bring myself to shut the window. In my head I want to do spring cleaning, but the rest of me just wants to do nothing...

I vote do nothing - you are doing nothing for two now!! Just get crafty and relax! I am cleaning right now so I bet I find that glass soon.

We've actually been toying with the idea of moving to NM...! Just thinking about it so far. I'm SO looking forward to coming out :)

I too have the craft urge. I think it must be something to do with spring. I just need to find the time to sit down and do stuff. :-)
