The OTC antifungal cream I got isn't helping at all. I'm in a lot of pain, constantly, and it's extremely distracting. I just want this to be over.

We're watching Pride and Prejudice.

Topie has been one hungry little girl tonight. It's nice to sit quietly, feeding her and reading a book.

Nothing to say really, though I thought I did when I sat down at the computer.

Have you already tried acidophilus supplements for your fungal woes? I can't recall if i've already recommended some to you, as i pimp those things out so frequently. lol.

I wonder if some anti-fungal soap might not be a bad idea. You can get bars of soap specifically for athlete's foot, that might be helpful. Never tried it tho, so no idea if it would help any.

A lot of times just washing clothes doesn't really get rid of fungal beasties; bleaching helps, but only really an option if you're washing white clothing. For other things you can wash them as normal, but take them out of the dryer while they're still slightly damp. Odd as this sounds, put them in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Obviously this should not be done with items that have metal components, like underwire bras.

I've been taking the enteric-coated acidophilus for a while now. No luck with the antifungal soap.

We don't have a microwave. Maybe I should just set everything on fire.

If the symptoms got worse after you started the acidophilus, then that may actually be a good sign; when the acidophilus kills off the fungus, the fungus releases all of the endotoxins. It's kinda like trying to get the last word in, the little microscopic bastards. Be sure to drink as much water as you can, to help flush the nasties out.

Setting things on fire won't help, except maybe in a theraputic sense. lol.
