valancystirlingI have a new icon. First new one in a while. I always loved Mary Cassatt. When we have a house I'm going to make sure I have one Spare Oom all to myself, for reading, thinking, knitting, whatever. And I'll have a few of my all-time favorite paintings, including at least one by her. Oh, how I long for that room...
It's nice to be up during the day. It's nice out. This morning Topaz and I went to the post office FINALLY, CVS, and Down to Earth. I got a bottle of melatonin pills, so we'll see. I read an article this morning about how it doesn't work, but I don't care. Never underestimate the placebo effect.
In the meantime, I'm drinking caffeinated tea. This may or may not be a mistake. But I can't sleep while Topaz is awake.
She's such a sweet little girl. This is going to be such a fun year.
I think we need to go out for a walk.

Date: 2006-02-13 05:37 pm (UTC)~hugs~ I hope you're able to get into a sleep pattern you're more comfortable with, and soon, but meanwhile if you're ever up late and you'd like to chat, I'm usually around. Do you have AIM or MSN or anything?
